You definitely need to get some help. I would suggest going to a therapist together with your boyfriend, and maybe on your own as well. It may make you feel good, but it is definitely not long term, the long term effect it does have is damage to your body. There are many other ways to be happy, and a start to that is caring about your body and know that you are taking care of it, which can only be done if you stop the drugs.
Also, you saw how it effected your boyfriend apparently, you were willing to take the drugs so he could see the effect it had on him so he would stop. Well look back at to how it was effecting your boyfriend, it worked for him to stop to see you becoming addicted, well why not try that yourself? Obviously don't ask him to take the drugs again, but just take a look back in the past to when he was addicted and how you hated him being on it. That might help as well.

There is no real help[ in re-hab or the psychiatrists I can tell you . I have seen far too much to lie to you and make out like anyone gets help from the "helping professions"
One more horrible piece of info for you "AA" and "NA" (Alcoholics and narcotics anonymous are cult styled groups that warp your vulnerable mind something terrible.
You are going to have to do this yourself for the most part any way.
Go to a hospital they can help the physical addictions with the drugs they have .
Tell the admitting Dr repeatedly you are prone to seizure and make out like you have a family lawyer and that when your clean you get to go home to the big house in the suburbs (Class system -work with it)
Now try to milk your stay in the hospital for as long as you can . If you go to a Psyche ward while being treated for with drawl (and that's the best option) sit there and realize that your addiction physically has an end but the psychological problems that led to this must be dealt with by you or this and other problems will reoccur .
If they put you on psche drugs while there take them but have evey intention of throwing them away when you get out . Realise that they too have a withdrawl factor .
Any way I hope you suceed but it's you that swims or sinks - Do not believe the people around you can help no matter what they say but DO believe in you

The best time to quit is before you even get started, but, since that isn't possible, I'd say quit ASAP. You will ruin your health, your finances and more importantly your MIND if you continue with drugs. Drugs are a poison. They effect your mind and body to produce an altered state which can feel like a "good thing" but ultimately they are not, in any way, a good thing.
Get professional help and get off the drugs. It may seem like a good idea now, to continue, but drugs will ruin you. If you manage to survive into middle or old age, you will be so used up and worn out it won't even be funny. Can you think of anyone who is middle aged or older who is on drugs that you would WANT to become either physically or mentally? I can't think of any.
Seriously, for your future (if you want to have one at all) get off the drugs.

im not sure what sort of answer your looking for
you know that drugs dont really do your body any favors..... mentally or physically.
but what really confuses me is the idea that by taking them your boyfriend would stop????!!!!!!
just take responsibility for the fact you wanted to experiment with drugs rather than trying to make out like your some sort of victim that has no control over your own behavior.
im not saying take drugs or dont take them. just take responsibility for your own life choices
live a little more deliberately
if you know the things your putting in your body are effecting your ability to live with joy and purpose then go and find the help you need to quit.
but the best thing you could do to start with would be to admit that it is and was your desire to experiment with drugs...... not your boyfriends. If your going to muck around with drugs there are very high highs and potentially devastating lows.
Its your choice

check yourself into a rehab clinic immediately because it will ruin your life hands down. i dont have enough room to write you a 10 page essay of all the bad things it will do to you. Hows this for a fact every time you take X you have a 10% chance to kill yourself... your brain will raise your bloodpressure through the roof, which will kill you, happened to a teen in colorado. coke is destroying your nasal mucosa and you will always have the sniffles the more you take it, plus you age 40% faster on coke, it causes brain damage. liver failure if a very painful way to go that you can look forward to, you start feeling intense pain in your stomache, then extreme pain while urineating, your stomache will bloat and you will look pregnant, you will have trouble urinating, before you eventually die of septic shock, basically its like the sewer system backing up into your house, except your house is your body. get yourself to a clinic as soon as you can if you care about your life and future.

When you want to quit then quit, but not before you really want to, that would be setting yourself up for failure.
