Recently when I try to lay down and go to sleep I get right to the point of dozing off then suddenly I wake up. As if I had a panic attack, and my hearts racing. Then I begin to feel somewhat astral projecting, as if I'm not in my own body anymore.

But the main point is I haven't had a good nights sleep due to this problem.

Now lately, I've been feeling light headed easily and somewhat out of body. I get light headed and dizzy. And at night it still happens.

Iunno if I'm just dehydrated or what, but any shots on this would be deeply appreciated!

Sounds like night terrors, but they usually hit after you get to sleep and aren't (shouldn't be) that frequent. Bottom line - assuming nothing organically wrong with you - you're carrying something on your mind that is manifesting itself physically....you in trouble? Problems with work or relationships? Any stress can cause these. Good news - it should eventually fade away....

The "astral projection" part is due to you being on the edge of sleep and - especially if you haven't had much sleep - dropping to another level of consciousness - i.e dream land.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
