follow Lexus recommended services for maintenance. This would include tire rotation, oil changes, fluid changes, etc etc. Any service department should be able to show you this list.

Exterior: give it a good warm bath when dirty or weekly. Use only a good car wash soap, no dawn or joy. Use only a soft mitt or a soft cloth car wash. Keep her waxed, at least 2 coats per year. (you can't over wax a car, the more you wax, the more protection you have, it can be layered).

Interior: keep it clean, vacuumed. a window foam is better choice over liquid window cleaner as the foam won't leave ammonia stains on the dash leather. Plus its safer to use on items such as radio face, dash cluster, etc. A micro towel is best for the interior to prevent any scratching of the delicate surfaces. Lexus already sells the best leather cleaner and conditioner on the market...and it smells good too, parts department carries it. To clean the leather normally, just a luke warm washcloth works best to wipe it all down. Never put dressing or tire shine on Lexus interior parts as they are real leather and do not need nor desire to be shinny. So all that Amor-All....leave it for the GM cars...not the Lexus.

At your local Lexus dealer there will be vendor services for items such as touch up paint, paintless dent removal, leather interior repair, etc. When you have an issue, scratch, bumped bumper, leather wearing off the seats, etc.....just get ahold of these guys as they fix used cars for a living.

Lexus has the best paint of any car, they have some of the best leather of any car. They have some of the best engines out there. If you keep up on a Lexus, it can reach 300,000 miles....seen them that high and even higher....and still looking good.

Every 30,000 miles you should have a Lexus dealer perform "factory-recommended" (not dealer-recommended) service. If you do, and it's already in good shape, it should last a very long time. Also rotate your tires every 7500-10,000 miles.
