No. Judges don't like it when people try to make excuses. The fact is that you were speeding so just pay the ticket. I know it won't be a cheap ticket but you could have gotten written up for wreck less driving too since you were going so fast so just be thankful that all you have to pay is a speeding ticket.

No. Quiting smoking is no reason or excuse for such behavior, and they will state that in court. If you were on your monthly, would you tell them PMS was the cause?
