Is it or will it be illegal to smoke in a car with baby/children present? California?

I saw a couple with an infant in the back seat and both of them were smoking with the windows barely cracked and it enraged me, so I was wondering about the legallity of it. If it is not illegal it should be!!!!

Wow, I sure do hope so! I have heard rumors that outlawing smoking in cars (children or no children) is not far off.
I just hate watching litterbugs flick their nasty lit cigarettes out the window - not only should they be slapped with a fine for littering, they should also be arrested for attempted arson!

No it should not be illegal. I smoke in the car with my child and it is my choice as a mom to do so. I don't care if it enrages you.
