Cabansag, Filemon C.

Dr. Filemon C. Cabansag, 81, a respected and beloved physician, passed away Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, in Fort Worth. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and patients.
Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday at the Burleson Seventh-day Adventist Church. Burial: Keene Memorial Park. Visitation: 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, with a tribute service from 6 to 8 p.m., at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home in Burleson.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adopt a Minister International.

Survivors: Wife of 56 years, Lily Cabansag of Arlington; daughters, Nellie Jennings of Keene and Dr. Faye Lynn Wright and her husband, Randy Wright, of Austin; sons, F. Wayne Cabansag of Keene, Dr. Dean Cabansag and his wife, Dr. Nancy Cabansag, of Arlington and Earle Cabansag of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Jason, April, Crystal, Megan, Serena, Cadence, Tyler and Lauren; brother, Dr. John Cabansag and his wife, Dr. Remy Cabansag, of Burleson; sisters, Dr. Remy Primero and her husband, Dr. Romeo Primero, of California and Consolacion Villoso and husband, Santiago Villoso, of the Philippines; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Online obits (and newspapers) are the tip of the iceberg. I would hope you at least have a location that he lived (hint.. people don't always die where they live). Google the city where he lived, to find all newspapers, not just the online ones. If there are online ones, you can normally send them an email. If not, you would still have other addresses and/or phone listings to follow up with.
As a last resort, if he lived in the US, he will show up in the social security death index, but that can take a month or two.

It may not have been posted in the local newspaper yet, but you can go to the newspapers online website and click on Obituaries or do a search of his name. It may not appear for several days.
