I've been feeling terrible since last night, I just took my temperature and it was 103.5. Thats really bad right? No ones home, I need to bring this fever down. I already took a rather cold bath...but it didnt seem to help.

I know it would be wise to go to the ER, but like I said I'm home alone, and I'm only sixteen, so not all my friends can drive anyways. My mom wont be home for a few hours, and my dad wont be home for even longer than that. My symptoms include a sore throat, a pretty bad cough, and I do feel a litte sick to my stomach. I do feel a little sore, but that didnt start until my fever went higher. As it is a school day, none of my friends will be home until around three.

I am sorry you are sick! If you can afford it or have insurance, definitely see a doctor NOW! If you cannot get up and dressed and to the doctor, call an ambulance. Or, if you have a friend or neighbor or family member that could help you get to the doctor, call them right away.
If you do not have insurance or money to pay, go anyway, because it is better to have a (or another) bill than to die or have permanent damage to your organs! (Emergency rooms MUST treat you -- no matter what -- if you come in with a fever like that!)
Good luck!

Any temp over 103 should be alarming to you and certifies a visit to the ER.
It's hard to tell you what you could possibly be suffering from without more symptoms. Sore throat? Cough? Then it's likely that you have bronchitis. Stomach ache? Body pains? The flu.
Please take an aspirin and get yourself to an ER.

Sounds like your body is trying to fight some kind of infection..You need to go see a doc...103.5 is pretty high..Take a Tyenol to lower your temp..
Are their any other symptoms..sore throat, cough ect
Drink plenty of water until you can get someone to take you to the doc, and monitor your temp b/c if it goes up you might want to call 911 or call a friend to take you to the hospital..

EMILY, DO NOT TAKE ASPIRIN!!!!
WHY NOT?
BECAUSE OF REYES SYNDROME:
Aspirin - Reyes Syndrome
The cause of Reyes Syndrome remains a mystery. However studies have shown that using aspirin or salicylate-containing medications to treat viral illnesses increases the risk of developing Reyes Syndrome. A physician should be consulted before giving a child any aspirin or anti-nausea medicines during a viral illness, which can mask the symptoms of Reyes Syndrome.
TAKE TYLENOL OR IBUPROFEN (ADVIL) INSTEAD, GOOD LUCK.

Try some Tylenol or aspirin.
Drink alot of water.
Call a friend to come check on you.
Don't bundle up even if you have the chills. It'll just cause your temperature to go up more.
Good luck!!
