you could listen to the others but don't lie about your licence won't help as the insurers have a central data base they can check and if found you will be severely screwed as being refused insurance is worse. if you are young trying going on line and looking for young driver insurance as there are specialist out there that like your business and will give you cheaper insurance more than the bigger companies.

stop speeding, and don't crash... also get an insurance quote from several institutions (i.e. Farmers, Progressive, State Farm, Geico) and then get a cheaper one from something lie e-insurance and ask the bigger companies to match your lowest quote. Also, if you are a student, you can get a discount as well.

++Installing LOJACK in your car (and reporting it to your insurance company) will earn you a nice discount.
++Raise your deductible amount from $500 to $1000 and that will lower your insurance. (don't recommend it, but u asked)
