I haven't, but I do treatment plan for this fairly often. A partial is an excellent space maintainer that will hold your teeth upright while you save money for an implant of a conventional fixed bridge. Having a partial does not in any way mean that you can not have a more permanent (non-removeable) replacement made at a later date.

No, but I wish. I had two implants in the top front done last year and two done last month. If I ever do them in two's again, shoot me.
