my son/daughter has 106 fever..what shoudl I do? call your doctor, go the hospital!
My kid has been throwing up for 5 days?? what should I do?-umm doctor again~

LOL..yes.. it appears that common sense is lacking on Yahoo Answers. It's sort of scary!

I wonder that sometimes, too. Same goes for "what do you think about the name Propecia Viagra for a girl?"
People don't really want your opinion - they just want your affirmation and justification that their thoughts/ideas/actions are right. I just give them my honest, thought-out answer, and take the two points.
In the case of "call the doctor" questions, I will say that sometimes the doctor takes his or her own sweet time in calling you back, and you need some advice in the meantime so you don't feel like a helpless idiot sitting by the phone doing nothing.

i answer the "am i pregnant" questions with sarcasm because i think they are the most dumbest questions. u can always count on there being @ least 2 questions a day that begins with "am i pregnant"
btw i called my dr. 2 weeks ago about getting a sooner appt. and she just got back to me today.

i think the last 2 elections proved that half the people in this country are total idiots. we need to come to terms with the fact that half of americans are stupid...
