Do this procedure STEP BY STEP!:

-Wash, condition, and rinse hair with COOL water. (the cool water helps lay the cuticle falt, thus making it less frizzy when it dries.)
-After you towel-dry your hair, apply a generous amout of shine serum to your hands. (Frizz-eaze or Citrus Shine.)

-Use a diffuser (blow-dyer for curly hair. you can get it at Wal-mart or Target.) to dry your hair.

-Apply more shine serum to ends of hair ONLY.

-Next lightly spray hair with holding spray or a styling spray. (Tresemme makes a good one.)

-Then wrap your hair in a scarf to keep the frizz down, or tighly wrap hair in a thin towel.

If you follow these step I guantee you'll have perfect-curls. You should also consider trying John Freida's Frizz-eaze system for Curls. It made my hair feel and smell wonderful. That system works miracles! Good luck!

I have the absoulute PERFECT answer to this question. I have naturally straight/wavy hair but when i want it curly i sleep with these rod things in. When i wake up and take em out i have frizzy curls that are really tight but when I use this cream in it (doesnt make is greasy...only in the first few minutes it may feel as if it is tho) but it makes my curls shiny, bouncy and so playfully silky! I hope this works...I think its a miracle!

You can purchase it at any hair suppliers store:

Nioxin's Smoothing Reflectives Silk Elixir

The Bottle says: Leave in Hair repair for Medium/Coarse Hair!

Best of Luck...I majorly recommend!

Shine serum is key. My hair would be a frizzy nightmare without it. I can't think of the name of the one that I use ( I know it on sight) but when I run out my hair is in a bun. Also make sure your hair is well conditioned and not dry. Keep your ends trimmed and stay away from hair spray.
My 2 cents.

I have curly hair too and I keep it shoulder length and use a shine serum every day. Also use a finishing cream when it is dry. This will define the curls and make them less frizzy and more in control

If you will try Infusium 23 OTC, that will help it. Also, let a hairdresser look at it. Even people with natural curly hair need a trim and shape-up every now and then.
