You definitely keep taking photographs and never give up. If you can, have a parent, relative or teacher help you find places to show your art. A library would be a good place to ask if you can show your art. Enroll in your school's art class and show at school artshows. I would leave the online stuff to a parent or relative, there are people out there not so nice. But, don't get discouraged, the most important thing to do is keep getting better and you will make it.

You, typically, pay a pretty hefty price for a booth at a festival. I would advise compiling your best photographs in a portfolio and taking them to local frame shops and galleries. Sometimes these small businesses are willing to help young artists exhibit. Another option would be to buy yourself a website and post your work there. Good luck. Don't get discouraged if you don't get noticed right away.

The sky is the limit and only slowed down by your imagination or lack thereof.
Without seeing your pictures, if they are not getting noticed, they may not be any good or something people have seen before.
Keep shooting, practice, read everything you can about photography, photographers, techniques. Apply what you have learned until you get something that is noticed.

you culd certainly approach stores and ask if they would like to sell the prints. you could also put together a slideshow and put it on myspace. you could ask your school if they would let you put up a display of your work. you could give photos to friends and family as gifts. you might also take them to local restaurants, galleries, stores and ask if they would be interested in hanging them in the sotre and providing your contact information if people express interest in purchasing them.

go to www.flickr.com, and you can share your photos with photos with people all over the world
I'm 15, and I use it, it gets your photos a lot of exposure, and allows other people to look and comment on your photos, for photos, ideas of your photos, and other people can tell what you could do with your photos to make it better,
I know two people on there that people got in contact with them to use their photos for the cover of a book, and another for the cover of a magazine.
look at it, and see if you like it.
my flickr is flickr.com/photos/jon_bradley if you want to see some of my photos if you join.
