PLEASE TRY THIS IS DELICIOUS!!!
Sangria Española

This Spanish Sangria recipe makes 1 pitcher

Sangria is a refreshing drink and you don't need to use a vintage wine. We recommend a reasonably priced

Ingredients
1 Bottle of red wine
1 Lemon cut into wedges
1 Orange cut into wedges
2 Table spoons sugar
1 Shot brandy
2 Cups ginger ale or club soda
Season’s fruits

Preparation
Pour the wine in the pitcher and squeeze juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the wine. Stir in wine and orange juice and adjust sweetness to taste. Save a slice of orange skin to decorate.
Slice the fruit into thin rounds and put into in the pitcher. You can use any other in-season fruit. Watermelon, jackfruit, pineapple, grapes, melon, etc. (leaving out seeds if possible) and put into in the pitcher

Add brandy and sugar, and then place in refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving
Make sure all liquid indredients, plus fruit, are well-chilled.
When ready to serve, use a wooden spoon to press firmly down on the fruit in the pitcher, opening up their flavors (do not break fruit round apart).
Add some ice cubes and serve!

Try plum.

I make an *excellent* plum wine out of a native variety of plum that grows wild in my part of the country. Although you can't get the native plums in the supermarket, I would suspect that the modern commercial plum would be pretty tasty.
