It lasted longer and were heavier before. It was dark red, then it became lighter and then finished. I have this problem for five months.

I am not using birth control pills.

stress , change of hormones in your body ,could be anything . Go and see you GYN to be safe on this one

By all means, find a way to see a doctor. You don't joke around with your reproductive health.

You might be eating differently...or if your more active...like exercising can mess your period up. Don't worry and if your stressed...call your doctor but if I was you I wouldn't worry!!
