Nobody usually does anything or really cares about the age difference, unless your parents really hate him and want him in jail... you should be fine.

U should complete your question..but if u r shy I understand.What u think whats right for u, stand for it...but put in mind u don't want when your partner is 30..u're 21..cuz he might look for a wife by then...to grow older with.So look for someone around your age..u can get old with,have fun with and not worrying about age...chow

Its only against the law if you are having sex with him and even then it depends on your local/state laws. Most states say you have to be 18 but some have younger clauses for parental consent. That means if your parents approve of the relationship and potential sexual encounters, then it is lawful to be with him. But check your state laws to find out. For example, my state of Iowa allow 14 yr olds to have sex as long as their parents approve of it but you have to be 18 to have sex without your parents consent. Check the link below for your state.

If you are over the age of consent in your state/city/country than it is legal, otherwise, no.

Well, if you have sex in any manner then he can go to jail. not you, him. Then you have a boyfriend in jail and still do not get conjical visits...
