In america you must have a steady and reliable job, a good credit rating, and the capital or finances to get these items.
but you might be able to get some free stuff on www.freecycle.com
and www.craigslist.com
you definately won't get a house but you might get a old clunker car.

That will be difficult. Unless you have money. If you have money then all you have to do is go buy them. If you have no job and no money, you are out of luck
