YES IF ITS A LONG DISTANCE CALL.
IF THEY HAVE A PHONE THAT HAS YOUR SAME AREA CODE THEN NO.
I HAVE UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE ON OUR HOME PHONE SO I DO NOT GET CHARGED FOR ANY CALLS
