I think that Scientology is the only religion that that is that I just can't stand! I believe that all religions have truth, but scientology is nothing but lies.

I think it's not only stupid but dangerous. Although, to be accurate, Scientology isn't really a religion. It's a greedy, vicious cult.

The defination of religion is "belief in a superhuman controlling power, esp. in a personal God or gods entitled to obedience and worship"
and i don't think scientology is some kind of relgion !But if is a religion for others.I would not call it stupid and i do respect it !!

It is hardly a religion. I think that Hubbard put a letter in his will, that will be opened in 30 years. It will say
"Scientology is fake. I always said I would make millions from starting my own religion, and I did so. So long, suckers!"

i didn't really care more or less until all these actors have spoken out on it and now i really don't want to hear anything about it. usually i am ok with anyone and any religion -- it's america and we have the freedom to be part of an ignorant religion or not -- that's our choice and who am i really to judge if it's an ignorant religion. i now that a lot of people think christianity or actually the facets of it -- is a stupid religion.
i really find tom cruise annoying and all the other actors who won't shut up about scientology. shut up shut up shut up! arggh.

Scientology to me is pretty far-fetched and out there. However, just as I do not want people to call me religion "stupid", I refuse to consider another person's belief system "stupid." Everyone is entitled to believe what they wish, whether it makes sense to the rest of us or not.

While I consider myself to be open-minded I do find most of the tenets of Scientology to be unreasonable. I do support the free practice of it though.

If Scientology is a religion to some people, I would NEVER consider it stupid, just as I wouldn't want others to conside mine stupid. It doesn't matter if we agree with others' religions or not, but I think we should still respect them.
