After a ritual of invoking the elements by the Golden Dawn, creating protections, setting my circle, adorning myself in the appropriate symbols and clothing, summoning Flauros into the triangle, to the physical plane, of course first attuning myself to see and hear him. How do you remove him, after he has completed what it is said he shall do?

Oh now this is concerning...
I come on here to read questions about witches, and who do I find. Sure its not the first question I have read, and I didnt expect to have to answer any, but I know the group name, and had to see.
Flauros is the 64th Spirit of the Shemhamphorash according to the Goetia:

Each individual is a spirit child of Heavenly Father and existed as a spirit before this life on earth. During this life, the spirit of the individual is housed in a physical body, which was born of mortal parents. Take care.

Let's not confuse normal problems with spirits.
Aren't most problems solved by living a life that is pleasing to God?
And when there is a big problem why trust a witch? Isn't that the time to call on the more mature believers?
