It would probably be easier to save up and buy one from a store. I doubt if you could get good financing with no credit.

www.creditboards.com has a credit card lookup database to show you what people are getting approved for. pull your credit from www.truecredit.com then check out creditboards.com and you will find your answer.
dell is pretty easy.
