I started taking it about a week ago along with my regular dieting and exercise. I haven't really noticed any difference from when i was just dieting/exercising. Did you have any better results with it?

I'm taking it to lose some weight.I think I got used to it.It did help thoe.It boosted my metolism.But the numbers aren't changing-but I can get into some old jeans,so ??Somethings working just don't know what.Plus a few other things like an occational water pill, and strick diet(veg,whole wheat,no beef,no pasta,low carbs,no fat,liquids).Good luck.Its a slow process.
