Nuts only have "good" fats that support a healthy heart and have many other health benefits. That's why they are good for you.

If you can fit the calories into your daily plan, they will not make you fat. Nuts are actually a great snack for someone on a diet, because the fat helps you feel full and satisfied. What's important is the calories--make sure the added calories don't go over your daily calorie allowance.

It's from the nuts' oil, however they have more unsaturated fat than saturated fat . It's one of those things where the good out-weighs the bad. Just eat in moderation like anything else.

Well deary, some fats are good for you to support some body maintenance. great for cushy skin..lubricated parts..da brain is mainly cholestrol :P lol but you need da good fats in life.........just not handsfulls. I think it is 8 peanuts per serving....better yet almonds or sunflower seeds. You can have it all, but everything is about moderation. Too much of a good thing can be bad too.

foods that contain fat do not automatically lead to fat storage. fat storage occurs as the results of an excess of calories over an extended period of time. unfortunately the masses have been brainwashed by the televised media, etc. into thinking that ingesting fat in the diet causes an increase in body fat, that is simply incorrect.

The prime nutrition content material and traditional fats in uncooked nuts is well for you....while you purchase them packaged and flavored or roasted, then they're dangerous considering the fact that stuff used to be further to them.
