I usually miss breakfast but sometimes I make myself a homemade bacon egger. It's made with an english muffin, a piece of real cheese, one real egg and some real bacon (unlike mcdonalds).

Yes I try to eat SOMEthing everyday....every WORK day rather (I like sleeping in on weekends!). I buy a box or 2 of cereal & a 1/2 gallon of lowfat milk to keep here at work in our office fridge. That way if I 4get to bring something, there is already somethng here. Also, I buy a carton of eggs over the weekend & boil 5 right up front, that way I have a boiled egg for Mon-Fri. In my desk drawer, I have healthy snacks like granola bars that sometimes double as breakfast. I slip sometimes & have unhealthy stuff like cookies but I also keep yogurt here in the fridge at work so I pair it with the cookies so I wont feel so bad (lol).

Yes, always! I'll have some tea, and if I'm in a hurry I'll eat some cereal (Special K or Cheerios) and maybe a piece of fruit. If I have the time, I like to make something a little more balanced and hearty, like an egg sandwich with fruit or something along those lines.

Breakfast is a very important meal. You need it to get your metabolism moving. I eat breakfast everyday, but not what one would consider normal breakfast food. Someday it might be leftover pizza, or a cheese sandwich. Then again, some night I will have french toast or an egg sandwich for dinner.

I'm vegetarian & I always eat breakfast. I have hypoglycemia & feel badly if I don't eat in the morning. Today I had a bowl of pink beans w/cheese. I cooked the beans overnight in my crockpot and they were delish. Tonight, we'll be having taco salads w/beans. I'll freeze the remainder to make soup or chili with on another day.
