Start with exercise. If you currently are not doing any and might have health issues, get with your doctor and ask for a suggested exercise routine that includes areobic exercise like walking and perhaps running or biking.
Second, how much caffine are you getting? Several cups of coffee a day can make you physically jittery and exagerate your emotional state as you struggle to distinguish between two things causing the same symptoms.
Third, get out to a peaceful place regularly. You might easily combine this with walking depending on where you live.
Fourth, take the focus of yourself. Almost nothing will help you count your blessings like a good look at the more serious problems of others. The suggestion for volunteer work is a good one.
Fifth, if these theings don't help, consult a physician. There are certainly chemical imbalances in very many people which cause anxiety and these can usually be well addressed by medication.
Good luck. Take action!

live day by day seems to work and if that doesn't work, then hour by hour, boy you could always go mim. by min, and if all else fails you, than time to talk to your doctor about your options, because their are opyions out there for you. Stop streeing yourself out, it's not worth a heart attack or an ulcer is it? Until you figure this out, start a journal that goes from hour to hour or day by day, then you will at least figuar out what's really bothering you, good luck in you search for freedom of the mind!!

Stop spending all your time thinking about yourself.
Get out and do something with all your time. There is no reason for you to be paranoid. Believe me....other people are NOT thinking about you as much as you think they are.
Go do some volunteer work. When you do that, you can realize that what stresses you out, is completely bogus. Be grateful.
And you can get some therapy/counseling, too.

Take a deep breath, remind yourself that there is nothing that is worry is going to change except your stomach lining.
Visualize a bright white light burning away the problem
And if necessary, meditate.

Honey, go to the doc and ask him to give you something for it. No sense in you making yourself suffer like this. Sounds like you have some anxiety going on. They can fix that with a little medication.
