All of our emotions are part of the physical engineering of human beings, and that includes anger and rage. The natural cure for anger or rage is to engage in an activity that dispels the hormonal changes which take place in the body - abreact.
Restrictions to these abreactions can cause depression and anxiety. A very healthy way to deal with these emotions is to find a physically demanding activity. The 'anger hormones' (adrenaline) are thus used up, and the body restored to a healthy balance.
Go for a run, throw a ball, even throw a rock somewhere where it can't hurt anyone. Stomp your feet. Yell out loud. Find a place where you can do this undisturbed and without disturbing others.
You'll find your natural energy returning to you.
When you are once more relaxed, think about what caused the conflict. Write down your thoughts. Then try to communicate with others and negotiate the boundaries you need to live well.
Don't be afraid of your anger. It is a natural emotion.

Many metal songs are full of anger. They just aren't so lame as to be like "I'm so angry right now!" Here are a few suggestions: Kreator - Violent Revolution Kreator - Reconquering The Throne Kreator - Extreme Aggression Slayer - Bitter Peace Slayer - Death's Head Slayer - Love To Hate Slayer - Point Slayer - Here Comes The Pain Slayer - Jihad (note: I'm not overly familiar with Slayer's last two albums, so there may well be more) Nevermore - Deconstruction Nevermore - This Godless Endeavor Destruction Sodom - I Am The War Sodom - M-16 That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

There are two Most Excellent books I encourage you to read, which would
definately help. The first book is called
"Working with Anger."
By: Thubten Chodron.
Teaches us how we can successfully work
with our anger, learning how to subdue it, in order to generate it's opposites, such as Patience, and tolerance. It has helped me so much.
The second book, which you would enjoy read-
ing, is called: "The Beginner's Guide to Insight Meditation." It is very encouraging.
"Read the book, 'The Beginner's Guide to Insight Meditation' by: Arinna Weisman and
Jean Smith" This will Most Definitely improves Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. Teaches mindfulness of breathing, and a couple other techniques to people to improve their self-image,
teaches relaxation techniques, brings a stable peace of mind,
helps one generate patience, kindness, endurance, improves one's memory and concentration, and Increases Our Cognitive Thinking skills, to effectively solve all our challenges we might face in life. Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. has proven that meditation improves the cognitive areas of the brain, helping a person to deal with things, people, and situations clearly, with a sound, intelligent mind, while living in the present moment. Also teaches how we can still have peace & happiness while physically sick; diseases too!
Also helps a person to deal effectively with worry, anger, stress, depression, anxieties, and many other unhealthy mental/emotional
distresses. You already have all you need within you to solve any problem, and face any challenge in life successful, with excellence. The second book only serves as a guide.
