Depends on who the guy is.
If it's some stranger or someone I hardly know, then I'd probably ridicule him, get upset, and tell him to leave my apartment and never come back. Then I'd burn whatever his filthy hands touched.
If it's a dear friend of mine, then we'd be having a little talk about it and why he did that. He wouldn't get off the hook that easily, but I would be inclined to be somewhat lenient. While I can't say with absolutely certainly how I would react, I have to believe that if we're good friends up to that point, there has to be reason why he's my friend. I would want to know why he is willing to risk violating my trust. I'm not willing to write off a good friend just because of this if there's a good reason. If he somehow has feeling for me, then it's time to explore those feelings (draws collective groan from the male audience). If it turns out to just be a sexual thing, well then I'd tell him to stop it and that if he does it again, I'm blowing the whistle on him and he wouldn't be welcomed anymore.
If it's my boyfriend, well, then we'd probably be having a little talk too. Except it will be about whether he has a thing for wearing my lingerie and whether he's been doing it without my knowing. If it's just a fetish, then I could probably learn to deal with that. Yeah it's a little strange, but it's not unheard of. In the grand scheme of things, it's just not that big a deal. I've dealt with worse. It's just not something that I'm willing to end a perfectly good relationship over. God knows it's hard enough to find a good man in so many other ways. I'd probably buy him new things that fit him though. I don't like having my underthings all stretched out.

if he was around me , he better run, people like that don;t bother me , put they need to keep stuff like that behind closed doors, and if he ever walked like that in front of my wife and kid , there would be a funeral for him.
