The shock/strutt of Nissan Sentra Spec-V SE-R 2002 are sport tuned (stock) and very bumpy when driving it.

yes b/c they are lighter for speed and don't handle well in snow conditions.

Yes sports cars have a stiffer tuned suspension in order to corner better in any driving condition

Sports cars are built for speed not winter. You will need to get a heavier car with tight suspension to get a better ride.

Yes they are, I used to have a Subaru Impreza Sti and it road like a tank, So I traded it for a new GTO 6.0. The GTO has a surprising good ride.

Lowered cars with low-profile tires are generally very bumpy on most roads. That's why they try to develop nicer suspension systems.. unfortunately, it's a very difficult thing to overcome.

I wouldnt consider a nissan sentra a sport- tuned car. but my mustang makes it really fun to drive in snow its the cold weather. fluid in the reservior will begin to sludge making it harder to compress/rebound your shock and struts dude. it'll go away in warmer weather.
