my network places allows you to easily keep up with "sites or locations" across the net

My Network Places shows how your internet connection is set up. You shouldn't have to "mess with" it. Broadband service sets itself up. Also usually true of dial-up service.
Control panel lists all the functions of your computer. Just take a look at it, open the sites to see what is there, and you'll soon see what control panel is all about. Not very complicated.
Help? Do you mean the Help icon at the top of an internet page? Most "help" sites will answer common questions people have about their computer or internet functions. Also usually will give you some way to contact a real person for additional help.
Sounds like you may be fairly new to computers. Don't be afraid to investigate your options. You can't do any real damage by clicking on icons to see what they are. You'll learn as you go.

My Network Place is used to display that what r all the Computers connect with them. specifie with the Name of the Computer.
Control Panel is used to control your PC.
Exam: Network Connetion,User Account ,Services, etc...
Help is used to troublshoot the what u have the problem ?
and give the how do rectify it and so on.
