Cats usually dont cry. If it is female and at least 6 months old, she may be going through heat.

There is something your cat wants. Food ? Clean litter? Water? Maybe in heat? Sick? Is your cat a kitten just removed from it's mother? It could be missing it's cat family.

I have two cats, en when they cry/mew it's almost always because they're trying to tell.ask me something. I think it's a way of communicating with non-felines, because to each other they only seem to use body language and a sort of chirping sound.

Really sometimes they're not crying. they just want to let you know that they are happy or want something. i have two cats that basically never shut up but i know they're just happy. sometimes a good pet down and rub makes them stop. you know just check around if they have food and water and remember to keep fresh toys. the old ones get all torn up and they dont like it anymore.

depends on why they are crying. Hunger, need for affection, pain, many different reasons. Also, female cats in heat howl or cry until they are bred.

They don't unless there is a problem like something medical or something you are doing wrong. I have had many cats/kittens over the years and never had that problem.

there not nesasarly crying all the time..alot of the time its a cry of effections or attention and sometimes they are just happy..!

my cat hardly ever cries... he's normally quiet... unless he see's me outside and wants back in, then he complains.
