how do i go about seuing a pharmacist for issuing a wrong perscription?

when i picked up my perscription, i found out (after 18 days) that i had someone else's perscription.

Sigh, it's people like you who drive up the cost of healthcare because of frivulous lawsuits. Were you hurt by this? No. Just get your regular prescription.

18 days? Gee, how come you didn't check your prescription when you got it.

Contact a lawyer first and see if you have a case. If you do, they will take it on a contingency bases and they'll get their money out of any settlement you receive.
