Here is something you may find very useful. It's a website called www.freetranslation.com according to that site El pronóstico del tiempo is the translation you are looking for. I found it back in 1999 and my whole class used it to do all of our spanish projects for sophmore, jr and sr. year of high school. Of course it does make mistakes so knowing spanish will help.
