Actually, it's happening when you watch HD broadcasts over your cable or satellite, right? Unfortunately, in order to save bandwidth, Satellite and Cable (whose broadcasts are satellite feeds) compress the heck out of their video streams. Some channels are compressed more than others (Discovery HD and HDNet are two of the least compressed), but it still is noticeable when the speed gets too fast.

You'll just have to live with it, until they launch more satellites with better bandwidth and stop compressing the streams so much. For now, the only way you can get really clear HD is from HD-DVD or Blu-Ray - although you might not want to pick one until a standard is decided (or not decided - i.e. download services, etc...).

You must be on sattilite. I think your not getting enough bandwidth provided on the matieral of the information shown.

Its called macro blocking.

it means that the video processor is being overloaded.... in other words, too much video information at once. theres not much that you can do to fix that.
