Only you can answer that question. It all depends on what expect to get out of your enlistment.

The Marines are the poor kids on the DOD block, they get the least amount of funding, and always get the hardest job! If they have a round hole and a square peg, they make the square peg fit in the round hole or they all die.
The Army is best all around. They're the middle class kids who don't know how to share. If they order a square peg by accident, they don't make it work. They put it in storage, order the round one and wait 4-6 weeks for it to be delivered.
The Navy is like the family that has their own business and are never home. You won't see any combat action here, or your family. These guys only have round pegs... and they'll share them with anyone.
The Air Force, OTOH, doesn't use pegs because of it's high estrogen content. They find all pegs offensive and have replaced them with a pink, hypoallergenic, strawberry scented, sticky paste. They have MAIDS for God's sake!

It depends on what you want. Both will provide you training and opportunity. The Navy provides a better quality of life while you are on duty and lets face it with the war going on unless you are a Navy corpsman assigned to a Marine unit there is little likelihood that you will wind up sweating in the dessert.

Probably a lot safer to go through the Navy, but you're joining for your own reasons...

I was an Army Infantryman for 4 years (92-96), and although I DEFINITELY don't regret not being sent anywhere for combat, it would have been a heck of a story to tell my grandkids.

Neither, but at least you're doing reserves and not active duty.

Navy is way more lenient than army and less serious.

touch a recruiter for various branches of the provider and ask him/her to direct you to whoever you will possibly desire to consult to get immediately solutions as to what your ideas are. i does not evaluate starting to be something different than an officer, if I had a masters degree. the version between enlisted and being an officer is the version between hamburger and steak. be attentive to remember what your loyalties are to the militia and or your united states of america, faster or later you will retire (in case you reside that long) and the retirement would be a long much extra suitable as an officer. I, in my opinion could look in direction of the reserves to benefit the two retirements. it may look that in case you're IT qualified (they might desire to be able to purpose for that) they could place you in that MOS. solid success.
