I'm not sure about your numbers and all that but I'm a drinker of about a 30 pack a day and have been for many years and my DR. strongly urged me to quit;and since that didn't happen he then recommended a 20 oz bottle of water before and after drinking,it has cut down on the dehydration tremendously!

If you are going to be drinking enough dehydrate your system, you should be drinking at least one glass of water for each alcoholic drink you consume. It is also important to not consume alcohol without eating, or you will become inebriated very quickly.

Dehydrated and sick are not a good combination.
