If you like him too, simply throw out "Hey why don't you and I catch a movie or something sometime" I think you'll enjoy his reaction.

Don't get into a relationship at the work place. Especially if you just started. Things change ppl change and if it doesn't work out it will make for a real uncomfortable working enviornment. Plus you need to have your mind on your new job not on some boy

It's a bad Idea to date someone you work with unless one of you doesn't mind giving up the job if it doesn't work out. Remember High school and the big mistake of taking classes with your boyfriend. You break up with him in the middle of the semester and you had to see this jerk everyday. Also The people you work with will be in your business.

Let him do the job, it will give him sense of acomplishment when you say yes to a date with him. Guys generally like stuff that takes some work, not a lot of work but some, so be smart about it.
And I agree with T.W. if it doesn't work out your work enviroment will be strange... good luck!.

a man chases a women until she catches him
just be available to him and show him a winning smile and laugh at his stupid jokes and pretend that his boring stories are soooo interesting...tell him you love to just sit home and watch tv and drink beer and pizza/snacks in front of the telly watching sports or adventure movies action movies...not chick movies...tell him you hate to eat in fancy restaurants where you have to give a tip and you would rather eat at Pizza Hutt or some other greasy spoon..after you are hitched ...then you can say..."gotca!""

The only think worst than dating a coworker is dating a roommate. Trust me, I did both.

Make sure that your job doesn't have a no fraternization policy, or you both may possibly lose your jobs.

If you are old fashioned, he should make the first move. But if you are not, then go for it!
