Get a water pick and fill will cooled pre-boiled water. Use that every day. Always treat your tooth brush with boiled water before using it to brush.. That way germs do not spread from previous brushing. I use a mouthwash called Thera Brite. My aunt's dentist told her to rinse with hydrogen peroxide. That tastes awful

Have you been to a periodontist to try and eliminate the pockets? Why are you going to a dentist every month to try and manage this problem?
Even if a periodontist can't eliminate pockets, it doesn't mean your prognosis is hopeless, or that you need monthly visits to a dentist. Most patients can handle their condition quite well and maintain a stable situation without ongoing professional help.

VISTON,
INVEST ABOUT $ 40 AND GET YOURSELF AN ORAL IRRIGATOR, (WATERPIK).
WHY?
BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR GUMS IN GOOD SHAPE.
FLOSSING WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR SITUATION BECAUSE THE FLOSS CAN'T GO DOWN TO THE DEEP POCKETS.
I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL MY PERIO PATIENTS.
ONCE YOU BUY THIS YOU START USING IT YOU'LL WONDER WHAT YOU EVER DID WITHOUT IT. PEOPLE LOVE THIS TOOL, AND I HAVE ONE AND USE IT MYSELF.
IT'S FABULOUS AT FLUSHING OUT ALL MATTER OF GUNK THAT GETS TRAPPED BETWEEN YOUR TEETH.
