coz its not meant to go one your arms its mean to go in your mouth if you are asthmatic

Inhalers (note spelling) are used to administer medicine to people with breathing problems such as asthma. The medicine can open the airways to allow the patient to breathe easier.
I would assume it burns because the medicine irritates your skin, but I'm not a doctor!
