This isn't a recipe - but in the grocery store, they've got one of those spice packets for bbq pulled pork and it's really tasty. I like it better than homemade. It goes in the slow cooker and uses pork butt or pork shoulder or pork roast.... just boneless. The packet cost like $1.99 and you add vinegar and brown sugar. And for a packet, it's really really good. It's called Slow Cooker something. I wish I could remember, but it's the only one out there, you should be able to find it next to all those seasoning packets.

Now I do have a recipe but I have not tried it, but plan to very soon, as I had Kalua Pig once when I was young and I remember it was soooo good. I'm hoping it still is. This recipe was from allrecipes.com and was rated very high.

Kalua Pig

1 (6 pound) pork butt roast
1 1/2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring

DIRECTIONS
Pierce pork all over with a carving fork. Rub salt then liquid smoke over meat. Place roast in a slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on Low for 16 to 20 hours, turning once during cooking time.
Remove meat from slow cooker, and shred, adding drippings as needed to moisten.
