To me, highlights are better. I have seen streaks in hair, and highlights. I think high lights look more natural. In hair. You can tell easier when someone has put streaks in their hair.

i like highlights because they look way more natural and also the other reason y is because u can get them redone and don't have to worry about the color fading.

highlights, it looks more natural and if the natural look is what you are looking for go for it.........streaks or more modern looking but defiantly not natural
