okay i was at school at the financial aid office and i there was this real pretty girl...and i just hey do u know if ur supposed to go here after u fill out the fafsa..so she talked and she opened up saying what college she been to before...and like how the other school she goes to now..is all serious...sh e was smiling but idk if it was good time to bring a conversion further...but if u come up to somegirl just around school not in ur class...is it too soon to aska girl to do something ??? if u only got acquainted with her just once?

You can, sure! Just keep it casual, like "some friends and I are going out" or how about something to eat/drink later? That way no one gets "scared" and she has someone new to talk to and you have someone also! I've been asked out before on a first time basis, it's fun and doesn't hurt anything unless one of you thinks the other is weird (which has happened also) but still, go for it!!

If you run in to her again you could casually tell her that you were going to get a coke, lunch, coffee whatever you choose and would she like to join you. She will either go, tell you call her later or just blow you off. It may be hard but, it will still leave you with your dignity and you come off as a friendly person.

ask her to stop for a coffee and tell more about the school and stuff, say that you are interested to know more about the story...if all works fine, ask her out for dinner some day!

If you phrased it as "Hey, would you want to get some coffee sometime?" and let her make the choice, then I don't think it's bad. Always make it seem as if it's her choice
