Lay the cards out on the table. Ask him straight out do you like her. Make sure you t ell him that if he does and wants to be with her you will walk away. You don't want that kind of thing hanging over your head. You deserve someone who is going to focus on you and ONLY you!

This is a hard question to answer especially since I don't know the two of you. If he keeps coming with reasons why you two shouldn't be together, then maybe it is time to move on. Start saving your money now so that if he does leave you, you'll be ok for a little while. Don't get blind sided because you want to hang on. If your best friend was caught in the situation that you're in right now, what would you tell her to do?

He is speaking loud and clear but you don't want to hear the message. "He keeps coming up with reasons why we shouldn't be together..." is as clear as it can get.
Now it's up to you. Do you grovel at his feet, moaning and crying for him to come back (VERY unattractive!), or do you hold your head up high, smile, and walk away? The first instance will leave you with no guy and no self-respect, the second instance may still leave you with no guy but at least you will have self-respect.
Being a woman of worth involves pain. Be grateful for the eight months you had, cherish the memories, and move on. As long as you hold yourself in high esteem, others will be attracted to you. You will be in the relationship that is right for you, I promise.

Well lets put it this way he keeps coming up with reasons why you shouldnt be together so that is one indicator. Two he's always on the phone with her. Three they have been seen together shopping. What more do you need?

Well their could be a slight possibility that they are actually just really good friends.. and your jealousy is justifiable.. cause we always think as a partner we should be their best friend. And she should be able to understand as a woman your point of view.
BUT, then again, it does seem like he is choosing his "FRIENDSHIP" over you. And totally disregarding your feelings.
I dont think if i was in your shoes, i could stick around. I'd definately move on.. and let them be.

girl that is some s#it, me and my boyfriend had just about the same thing, the only difference was he never suggested leaving me.........with mt b/f and the girl, i couldn't stop the friendship, but i had made it quite known that i did not like her and in the end it work out to fewer calls, no driving her anywhere and so forth, however as i said b4 the whole leaving me thing never came up, so i suggest you get out early before it turns messy and you end up with heartbroken.

ask him? girl you are too young to be fixed on one guy unless you got kids with him if thats not the case honesty is always the best policy even thou it hurts real bad you will not die of a broken heart but grow in wisdom , and if he cares about you he will respect your wishes, but you cant control him nither, takeing away what he calles a close friend will only run him off

Mmm...well sweetie he's finding reasons not to be with you, is him liking her the biggest problem? He doesn't want to be with you, end it now before you get even deeper. He shouldn't be going anywhere with her anyway, friends or no friends what are they doing where he can't tell you or bring you along? I wouldn't feel comfortable with if it were my boyfriend. Dump him please let him be with her. You're doing yourself a favor, good luck hon!

He is interested in her, maybe they are going out who knows. So before you take your last decision about him,be very sure about what he is doing, dont hear it from friends, dont let him use you. Today we are leaving in a world that has many diseases so dont let him bring you on that,if he cheats you, then leave him.

To me, it doesn't sound like there is much left of your relationship. It's hard to accept your man having female friends and it's even harder when they hang out. If he keeps coming up with reasons why he wants to break up with you, then give him one. You really don't need someone who doesn't want to be with you. Drop him and get on with your life...who has time to waste on a jerk like him?
