Your diet is probably to blame. What do you eat? Are you getting enough protein, or do you eat mostly white, sugary foods?

Hi, would you consider doing an iris scan?
As the saying goes, the eyes are the window to our heart.
But did you know that the eyes are also the window to our HEALTH as well?
Iridology is the holistic science of looking at the condition of your health by taking a picture of your iris.
As all the nerves and veins running through our body end right at our eyes, we are able to see the condition of our health by just looking at our iris.
If you do a scan, I would be able to tell you what is happening in your body that is causing your this and would also be able to offer you solutions.
A scan will only cost $10 and 30 min of your precious time.
My sis had a similar problem and when she got rid of the root of the problem, she now is able to wake up fresh everyday and her eye bags and dark eye circle is much better. Even her appetite has improved and as a result, she looks even more radiant.
If you need more info, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

It could be your diet. The easiest and quickest way to start is your iron. You can buy an iron supplement and try if for about 2 weeks. If there is improvement you might want to consider a multivitamin with extra iron. Your Dr. can do an easy test to check your iron and see if it is low. Too much iron isn't good either. My iron is always low and I try to give blood - they are always wanting all the o- they can find - and I have them check my iron first. If when you poke you finger or get a small cut and your blood is thin you better get it checked. Good luck

Probably not.
THere are a huge number of reasons for sleep problems, and not all of them are actually sleep problems. It's entirely possible that this could be a metabolic problem.
Start with a complete physical, including blood and urine tests. Yes, that means seeing your family doctor. If these tests don't explain or begin to explain what's going on, then ask to be referred for a full sleep study. That will give you an explanation and from there, possible management options.

Start with your doctor first. You can talk about nutrition and supplements after he rules out any health issues you may have. Diet and exercise go hand and hand so you need to look at the total picture.
