Try a nice London broil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon white cooking wine, 2 minced cloves garlic and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, mix all ingredients in a shaker, pour over the steak and marinate in the refrigerator overnight, grill or broil till rare, slice thinly across the grain to serve.
