Four things I do at the Y. But what order should I be doing them in? For example, I don't know what the hell the sauna even does for my health.. I just know it feels good to be in there. Same with the hot tub. Is there any healthy order to do those? For example, am I supposed to go in a sauna before or after I swim? Hot tub?

The sauna makes you sweat, sweat out impurities. If done over time, it can help you sweat out a few pounds.

I dont think it matters what order you do them in. I would do the Elliptical first, then the sauna, then hot tub then swimming to cool me down.

Then the shower.

stay out of the hot tub. its nasty.. crawling with bacterial nasty stuff. but here is a good workout Eliptical, then swimming and then sauna because the sauna will increase your BP and the swimming will lower it.. just dont do it all in one day. eliptical and sauna and swimming sauna.. ect..
