You need to check with the lending institution that holds the mortgage. Most likely they will be happy to have someone else on the mortgage who has agreed to be responsible for payment.
However, getting on the mortgage does not give you any rights to the property. All it does is obligate you to pay the loan.
If you want to be listed as a part owner of the property, you need to get on the deed. For that yoiu need to check with the county clerk's office to find out the procedure for that. Since the lender has a lien on the property, they may will probably have to approve adding you to the deed.

He needs to go to the county registrar of deeds and put your name on the title. If there's a mortgage company, you will BOTH need to apply for a new mortgage, in BOTH your names, so the title can get transferred to BOTH names. That means, you'll need a new title insurance policy, and you'll need to pay closing costs on the new loan.
It will cost FAR more than the discount for homeownership.

Be very nice to your fiance'.... Hahaha Just kidding. You must have him/her put you on the deed. This may cause a problem with the financial institution that holds the note, however they would probably never know if you do not default on the loan! Good Luck!

You can't. Your fiance will have to add your name. And, the title company may not be willing to put your name on the title unless you are also on the mortgage.

Your fiance would have to agree to put you on the deed. It would be done at the county recorder's office. You may also have to be listed on his mortgage.

Unless you refinance the condo, there's nothing you can do until you get married. Then you automatically will be on an insurance policy with your new husband/wife.
