I have chubby arms, but thats it. No chubby belly or anything else! How do I get rid of the fat on my arms!! They aren't HUGE, but just chubby enough to make me uncomfortable in t-shirts.

I understand where you are coming from.

Start out with 3 lbs weights. This is what I do and I do it 3-4 days a week. Then after a couple of weeks or a month go to 5 lbs weight. I really wouldn't go over that...no more than 8 lbs at least unless you want bulk.

Bicep Curls ~ 8 sets of 15
Tricep Kickbacks ~ 8 sets of 15
Lateral Raise ~ 8 sets of 12
Front Raise ~ 8 sets of 15
Tricep Overhead ~ 8 sets of 15

You can do all the lifts with arm weights in the world, but you're not going to really cut down on any arm flab. Spot training (working out one portion of your body in the hopes of burning fat there) does not work. Your body burns fat equally across all of you. Lifting light weights or "toning" that area will do nothing but build the muscle underneath your fat, and increase the endurance in that one area. You need to exercise your entire body, go running, swimming, etc. And eat healthy. There is no easy way around it.

Continue don't cardio workouts. Your body will have to tap into the fat there sometime. You need to be consistant with exercise. Eat low fat, low carb foods, so your body has less glucose to get energy from, so it can start using the fat. Eat every 3 to 4 hours though to keep your metabolism up. Lift weights of some kind. Hard work in exercise does pay off.

arm exercises are best, like stretching to the sky this tightens the excess skin making your arms more firm ,
and shake your arms as if your shaking the fat off lol, this stimulates the cells of fat and burns them off.

you could also use small dumbells or tin of beans while watching a tv program x x x

or you could also try standing facing a wall , put your hands in front of you on the wall and bend your arms so your closer to the wall and back again, this exercises your arms and if your a woman this helps to keep a perky bust too xx lol xx

Love those lovelies in t-shirts......

Best thing for arms is to get them working. Use very light hand weights and do large numbers of reps. Anything that keeps your arm muscles moving. YOu'll find that many arm exercises have DUAL benefits because, if you do it right you can incorporate some GREAT pectoral exercises in with your arm exercises. So you will get DOUBLE benefits, slimmer toned arms and firmer chest muscles.

Just do arm workouts. There are so many videos out there to choose from. It doesnt take much to work the arms. So good luck.

lift weights but not too much because you don't want to end up with bulky arms! also machines like bowflex and all those upper body machines work for that. You just have to do it in moderation because it sounds like you just want to "tone" them and not bulk them up.

Try lifting bar bells so they could tone out your arms.

Get some five pound weights, and do repetitive curls and over-head lifts. Be consistent.
