and it tells me I'm at a healty weight(135) but I still have problem areas. around my hips and stomach. does anyone know how to loss it?

My friend gave me this to follow and I lost 16 lbs in 6 weeks.
first begin by eating lots of protein, fruits, vegetables, low carb and low fat. No salt or as little as possible. Eat 4 oz of low fat meat, a hand full of vegetables or fruits every 4 hours. You can use seasoning but watch the calories and salt content. Ms. Dash has salt free seasonings. Exercise 45 min intense cardio and 45 lifting. Muscle burns more than fat.

You think you are eating a lot, but you are keeping up your metabolism so your body can burn more. Exercising in the morning also helps because it helps jump start your metabolism. Cardio and watching what you eat is the only way to lose it.

The tendency to accumulate fat at various body sites is probably genetically determined. Diet and exercise will lose fat in general, but not necessarily at a specific site, contrary to all the claims you see on magazine covers at the supermarket checkout counter.

you lose weight at the same rate all over your body so theres not really a good way to lose weight just from one spot but you could try to do toning excersizes that will strengthen the areas you want to work on
