Try a college of Further Education. They often have hairdressing courses and new hairdressers need practice. In some cases you may get paid to have a hair cut!

seem on your yellow pages for elegance colleges they continually shrink hair/dye it for loose for prepare... yet keep in recommendations that is a loose haircut.. and it would want to seem as if a loose haircut

ive heard that hairdressing schools are very happy to give free haircuts, to train students.
