No. First of all you are not eating the coffee so that does not count. :)

That all depends on if you want to weigh 600 lbs. It's not healthy. The apple fritters alone are 600 calories total with 260 of those being from fat.
The sausage egg sandwich is 530 calories with 290 of those being from fat.
If you don't put anything in your coffee that's only 15 calories or so.

So basically you're eating 1130 calories just for one meal. The normal human should be eating somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 calories a day, so just with breakfast you're consuming 93% of your daily allowance of fat. I hope you don't have a heart attack.
Maybe you should cut back to say 1 apple fritter. Or a bowl of oatmeal...

Eating that once every week or two along with an active lifestyle will probably not be a problem. However most of us do not have an "active" lifestyle.

The fat , sugar, and sodium content in the three items you mentioned could lead to heart disease, as well as diabetes and kidney problems.

Everything in that meal was fried (except for the coffee), and there is no fruit or vegetables in there (if you think candied bits of apple with artificial flavoring and tons of sugar is a fruit, then please disregard)

It would probably be healthier to have a Denny's skillet vegetable omelet with orange juice and small coffee. That is way more food but my bet it is lower in cholesterol and sugar. Of course I would also not recommend eating that every day either....too much intake of calories unles you are a lumberjack or running a marathon.

take out the apple fritters and have an apple with peanut butter or some yogurt. Thats way too much buttery baked goods for a healthy breakfast. it'll just make you hungrier later in the day -not fill you up!! the fiber in a piece of fruit and the protein in peanut butter will keep you full and energized for much longer.

It's an awful lot of Fat, but calorie-wise it depends on what you're doing for the rest of the day. If you're sitting in a classroom or an office, yeah, it's to much. You'll soon be needing bigger pants. If you are working on a construction site or out in the woods chopping down trees, then No, you're burning all that and probably more.

I don't know the exact numbers but I'm willing to bet that in one meal you consumed more than half of the amount of calories you should be eating for the whole day. On top of that you ate a tremendous amount of fat and cholesterol.

Tomorrow why don't you go for some fruit and a yogurt? You'll live longer.

It depends on your metabolism. If you can usually eat large portions and not gain weight, then it's probably Ok. I'd put milk in your coffee instead of cream though.

Well, my dad eats more than that for breakfast and is healthy. He's tall (6'5") and thin. However, he has a back breaking job....he needs the carbs for energy. So it really depends...do you sit on your butt the rest of the day?

Way too much fat and salt.

Grab a bagel instead or grab some fruit from home.
