In a word, no.

I assume you want to lose fat and tone up - paying particular attention to the upper leg region?

The thigh master will at best allow a small amount of musclcular work for the adductors (inner thigh). This is not the best way to do it, though because when you sit down you diengage a lot of the uscle action at the hip (upper thigh region).

Furthermore, you cannot spot train fat - your body burns fat from all over your body at the same rate (and using a thigh master will not burn much fat unless you sit there for an hour waving your legs around like a lap dancer).

Even if you tone up the muscle in an area, without burning the fat over the top of the muscle your hard work will remain hidden by the layer of fat.

Try some walking/running/cycling for 30 min bouts to start with, followed by some side lunges to tone up the inner thighs.

Not really I used to work for the company that makes them and other devises the only equipment they sold that was tested to benefit more than 80% of the population was the Yoga mat and workout video or the Pilate's Ball and workout video. Both are low impact and work very well to improve energy and reduce stress 2 of the biggest reasons people gain weight. Good Luck!
